Molly helped found The Mahoney Company, and has been a key contributor to this family business that has flourished for 20 years. Currently, she contributes to the company’s strong business foundation by ensuring the accuracy of financial documentation and reporting.

Molly oversees the company’s day-to-day financial management, assures compliance with governmental regulations, and administers key facility services and systems. In her role as Director of Human Resources, Molly maintains financial and payroll records for tax reporting and audits. She also administers employee benefits and payroll.

With her focus on integrity and loyalty, Molly works to ensure happy employees, satisfied customers and vendors, and a successful business. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Duquesne University in Pennsylvania.
